HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Fall has unofficially begun! School is in session, the leaves are starting to change, and pumpkin spice lattes are readily available.

The air is filled with promise and freshness. And, in a few days (Sunday night to be exact!) I am celebrating the Jewish holiday of Rosh Hashannah. Rosh Hashannah is my favorite day(s) of the year. Whether you are Jewish or not, this time of year is all about renewal.

Every single year, I go to synagogue and recite the same prayers for a happy and healthy new year. The entire prayer sentiment for the high holy days (Rosh Hashannah and Yom Kippur) is to make peace with your previous year and set intention for the coming one.

But, like anything, prayer, manifestation, wishing, and hoping does not work alone. We must take action too. I believe that it is important to assess where we are currently, create a compelling vision of where we want to go, and put in some action steps to help us reach goals. This is the backbone of my signature method, The Get What You Want Method ™.

So, let’s get down to the nitty gritty, my apples and honey. Here are some Rosh Hashannah questions that I ask myself. You can use them too!
